Lost Groove is an independent on-line music store based in Rayleigh, Essex, UK. We began trading in October 2001 and have since built up a solid reputation as a great source for deleted and back catalogue vinyl & CDs. Our working day generally runs from 8am-6pm every weekday which means we can respond quickly to any queries or purchases, and outside working hours we guarantee a 24 hour e-mail response to customer enquiries.

All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders for which payments are received before 2pm (UK time) are dispatched on the same day.
