Lost Groove is my on-line music store. Based in Rayleigh, Essex, UK, I began trading in October 2001 and have since built up a solid reputation as a great source for deleted and back catalogue vinyl & CDs. I specialize in influential, rare and collectable House, Dance & Electronica, sourcing classic sounds & samples that have united generations of clubbers & dance music fans Worldwide.My aim is to provide my customers with a memorable buying experience, offering quality merchandise and packaging, an efficient and friendly service with quick shipment guaranteed!
My working day generally runs from 8am-6pm every weekday which means I can respond quickly to any queries or purchases, and outside working hours I try to guarantee a 24 hour e-mail response to customer enquiries.
All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders for which payments are received before 2pm (UK time) are usually dispatched on the same day.
